Return & Exchange Policy
At Fur Shopper, we take pride in the quality of every garment we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible returns and exchanges may be requested within the timeframe outlined below. All returned merchandise is inspected before a refund, exchange, or store credit is approved.
1. Return Eligibility
- Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.
- Condition: Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Security Tags: Garments with removed or altered security tags are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
- Original Packaging: Garment bags, hangers, accessories, and included items must be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items include custom-made garments, altered or resized garments, personalized or monogrammed items, clearance merchandise, special event purchases, and gift cards.
3. Fees & Shipping
- Restocking Fee: Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Exchanges: Approved exchanges are processed promptly.
- Cancelled Orders: Orders cancelled after payment processing may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
4. How to Start a Return
Email furshopper@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. Package the item securely with all original tags and accessories, then ship using a trackable shipping service.
Please note: Online purchases cannot be returned to physical event locations unless approved in advance by Fur Shopper.
5. Refund Processing
Every return is inspected before approval. Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever applicable. Returns that do not meet policy requirements may be refused or may qualify only for store credit.
