At Fur Shopper, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to own the fur of their dreams. We offer flexible payment options online to help you spread out the cost of your purchase.

1. Instant Financing: Affirm

Get your fur now and pay for it over time. This is the best option if you want to receive your item immediately.

  • Affirm Financing: Select “Affirm” at checkout to view the payment plans available for your purchase. Approval, payment amount, interest rate, and repayment terms are determined by Affirm. Once approved, your order is processed according to Fur Shopper’s standard fulfillment timeline.

2. Fur Shopper Layaway Plan

Our layaway plan is a no-credit-check way to budget for your next purchase. Your item is reserved while you make monthly payments and is shipped after the final payment has cleared.

How to Start a Layaway Online

  1. Log In: Create and log into your Fur Shopper customer account. Guest checkout is not available for layaway.
  2. Shop: Add eligible items to your cart. A minimum purchase subtotal of $500 is required after discounts and before shipping and applicable sales tax.
  3. Contact Fur Shopper: Email furshopper@gmail.com to confirm that the item is eligible and available for layaway.
  4. Set Up Your Plan: A 25% initial down payment is required. The remaining balance is divided into monthly payments over a maximum term of nine months.
  5. Pay Through PayPal: Layaway payments are made through PayPal. You may make additional payments or pay the remaining balance early at any time.

Layaway is available only to customers who are at least 18 years old and have a United States shipping address.

Payment Structure

  • Minimum Purchase: $500 after discounts and before shipping and applicable sales tax.
  • Down Payment: A 25% initial down payment is required to begin a layaway.
  • Monthly Installments: The remaining balance is paid monthly through PayPal over a maximum period of nine months.
  • Early Payoff: You may make extra payments or pay the remaining balance early without penalty.
  • Sales Tax: Applicable New Jersey sales tax will be collected proportionately with each payment when required.

Delivery & Timeline

  • Shipping: Your fur will be shipped within 5–7 business days after the final payment has cleared.
  • Custom-Made or Special-Order Styles: Production and/or sourcing begins only after the final payment has cleared. Delivery timing for custom-made, altered, or specially sourced items may vary.
  • Final Step: After making your final payment, contact Fur Shopper at furshopper@gmail.com to verify your shipping address and complete the fulfillment process.
  • Shipping Area: Layaway orders are available for shipment within the United States only.

Cancellation & Return Policy

  • Refund Within Five Days: A layaway may be cancelled within five calendar days of the initial down payment. The amount paid will be refunded less a 10% restocking and administrative fee.
  • Store Credit After Five Days: After five calendar days, layaway payments are non-refundable. If the layaway is cancelled, eligible amounts paid will be issued as Fur Shopper store credit rather than returned to the original payment method.
  • Custom and Special Orders: Custom-made, altered, monogrammed, or specially sourced items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, cash refund, or exchange once production or sourcing has begun.
  • Missed Payments and Default: If more than one monthly payment is missed without a prior written arrangement with Fur Shopper, the layaway will be considered in default and the item may be returned to available inventory. Eligible funds paid will be issued as store credit.
  • Store Credit Expiration: Store credit issued from a cancelled or defaulted layaway must be used within 90 days of the date it is issued.
